Ed is the Managing Principal and Actuary at ERP Retirement Services, founding the firm in 2004. In that capacity, Ed has presided over the significant growth of the NYC based firm which included the expansion into the Long Island market with the addition of the Melville, Long Island office in April, 2008. In January 2020, Ed spearheaded the expansion of ERP nationally with the introduction of ERP Nashville. This location services the Mid-South region and surrounding territories. Ed is an Enrolled Actuary and a Member, Society of Pension Actuaries (MSPA).
Prior to establishing ERP, Ed was an associate with Milliman & Robertson and a Vice President at USI Consulting Group (formerly Williams Thatcher & Rand). As Vice President at USI, he was the lead consultant and managed a team of actuaries and consultants for a client base that ranged from not-for-profit organizations to banks, law firms and other professional partnerships. USI appointed Ed to lead its new business campaign for professional practices, tapping his extensive experience in retirement plan design and plan implementation.
Ed has satisfied all of the examination and admission requirements to obtain the designation of Enrolled Actuary in May, 1999. Ed is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and has spoken on a number of topics for many organizations, including the Enrolled Actuaries Meeting held in Washington, D.C.
Cynthia is a Principal and the Director of Operations at ERP Retirement Services. She has more than 15 years of pension administration and consulting experience.Cynthia has successfully satisfied all of the examination and experience requirements needed to attain the designations of ERPA, QPA and QKA as a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Cynthia joined ERP Retirement Services in March of 2007 as a Defined Contribution Supervisor, eventually promoted to Defined Contribution Manager, followed by Director of Operations. While in her role as a Defined Contribution Manager, Cynthia was instrumental in building the Defined Contribution practice. As the firm expanded, Cynthia’s role evolved into training, employee development and, enhancing the Defined Contribution department’s efficiencies and effectiveness - with our primary goal of continuously improving the client experience.
Cynthia’s successful contributions to the Defined Contribution department led to her appointment as our Director of Operations. In her expanded role as Director of Operations, overseeing the Defined Benefit Practice was added to her responsibilities. In that capacity, she has successfully improved the processes and procedures of our Defined Benefit department. Again, these improvements resulted in our ultimate goal of an enhanced client experience.
Cynthia has successfully satisfied all of the examination and experience requirements needed to attain the designations of ERPA, QPA and QKA as a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Cynthia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, and a minor in Information Systems from The Sigmund Weiss School of Business at Susquehanna University.
Lisa is a Principal and Plan Conversion Manager at ERP Retirement Services. She has more than 12 years of pension administration and consulting experience.
Lisa joined ERP in February of 2008 as a DC Consultant and by 2011 she took over as the 401(k) Plan Implementation and Conversion Specialist while maintaining her consulting responsibilities with her existing clients.
As the 401(k) Plan Implementation and Conversion Specialist, Lisa is the first point of contact for all ERP’s 401(k) clients. Her commitment to all clients is ensuring they have a superior, effective, and seamless client-onboarding experience during the conversion process. In addition, Lisa is also a Manager in the Defined Contribution Department at ERP and is responsible for building and managing the team of Supervisors and Plan Consultants. Lisa also acts as a liaison, providing plan design and general consulting services to financial advisors, insurance companies and small and large businesses.
With ERP’s expansion nationally, Lisa now also manages the conversion specialists for all ERP locations across the country. In that capacity, she is responsible for ensuring that across all ERP locations, all clients have the best onboarding experience during their transition to ERP.
Lisa has successfully satisfied all the examination and experience requirements needed to attain the designation of QKA as a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology from The School of Arts, Humanities and Communications at Susquehanna University.
Jason is the Director of Business Development at ERP Retirement Services. Utilizing his experience and extensive wealth of retirement plan knowledge, Jason’s focus is managing and developing new and diverse sales channels and expanding additional centers of influence within the 401(k) and qualified plan market. Jason’s responsibilities include building market position by locating, developing and solidifying business relationships. By conducting presentations, running seminars and participating in meetings with clients, platform vendors and business advisors, Jason implements strategies designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
Before joining ERP Retirement Services, Jason was the Regional Vice President for CUNA Mutual Retirement Solutions in the NY Metro territory. With over 10 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, Jason has helped thousands of advisors, plan sponsors and participants achieve better retirement outcomes.
Jason attended the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of the football team. He lives in Northern NJ with his two daughters, Cameron & Gracyn.
Todd is a partner and the Director of Business Development at ERP Nashville. Todd has a vast amount of industry experience working as a wholesaler with advisors and consultants to sell Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Cash Balance retirement plans. Todd works closely with intermediaries to develop comprehensive marketing plans and effective strategies to win clients and increase new sales opportunities. Todd is an effective communicator and his responsibilities include running joint presentations with advisors, conducting seminars, meeting with clients and connecting with platform vendors.
Before joining ERP Retirement Services, Todd worked as a retirement plan wholesaler for over 30 years at Principal Financial Group. For most of his tenure at Principal, he managed the Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Kentucky territories. He also spent several years on Principal’s Large Plan Consultant Relations Team which was a national position.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Memphis. He lives in Germantown, TN with his wife Gina and has three (triplet) adult daughters. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, watching and attending sports events and officiating football.
Donna is the Sales & Business Manager at ERP Retirement Services. She has over 15 years of sales, marketing and business management experience.
Re-joining ERP in 2020, Donna is currently a member of the National Business Development team. Her main focus is the implementation of strategic marketing plans and the design of innovative sales and marketing materials to assist the sales team and support the expansion of ERP National. Additional responsibilities include the overall office management of all ERP locations.
Prior to joining ERP, Donna held Marketing Management positions at Emigrant Savings Bank, Admark, Inc. and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Further customer relationship building and business development experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry (Rotronic Instrument Corp.) and start-up arena (eGifter) has added to her already diverse skill set.
Donna graduated, achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations, from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Megan joined ERP Nashville in July 2020 as the 401(k) Plan Implementation and Conversion Specialist. Megan has more than 14 years of experience in the 401(k) Retirement Industry. Her mission is to bring continued value to the firm by being a trusted leader, team-player and providing exceptional customer service and solutions to our clients.
As the 401(k) Plan Implementation and Conversion Specialist, Megan is the first point of contact for ERP Nashville’s 401(k) clients. Additional responsibilities include consulting on plan designs, advising and guiding plan sponsors through the implementation process and working with financial advisors and wholesalers to determine the best fit for each client. She enjoys building a rapport with her clients and helping them save for retirement. Her professional commitment is to provide the “ERP Experience” to all Mid-South clients ensuring a superior, effective, and seamless onboarding experience.
Megan lives in the Nashville-Middle Tennessee area, home of Music City and the Tennessee Titans, with her husband, daughter and three sons. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, cooking, attending her daughter’s basketball games, and sporting events.
Dawn is a DC Supervisor at ERP Retirement Services.
Dawn joined ERP in January of 2014 as a member of the firm’s 401(k) team as a Benefits Consultant. In 2018, Dawn was promoted to the position of Senior Benefits Consultant where her responsibilities included the management of the daily administrative services associated with the retirement plans that are sponsored by her clients. These services included discrimination testing, calculating contributions, preparation of annual valuation and completion of IRS Form 5500, as well as managing participant loans and distribution processing. In April of 2020, Dawn’s role at the firm was expanded further to the position of DC Supervisor where she will train and develop ERP DC associates into successful plan consultants at ERP.
Dawn graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.
Jill is a Senior Actuarial Consultant at ERP Retirement Services.
Jill joined ERP in April of 2018 as an Actuarial Consultant for the firm's Defined Benefit team. Jill was responsible for managing the administrative services associated with the retirement plans sponsored by her clients. These services included calculating contributions, preparing annual valuation reports and completion of IRS Form 5500, Schedule SB, and PBGC filings. In June of 2020, Jill was promoted to the role of Senior Actuarial Consultant. In her expanded role, Jill will train and develop junior members of the actuarial team.
Prior to joining ERP, Jill was an Associate at Aegis Capital Corporation and National Securities Corporation where she worked with a team of wealth advisors. Her responsibilities included managing client and business relationships and maintenance of accounts.
Francis is the Senior Benefits Consultant at ERP Retirement Services. He has over 9 years of administration and consulting experience working on various types and designs of pension retirement plans.
Prior to joining ERP, Francis was a Pension Administrator with Professional Pension Planners, Inc. and a Pension Consultant at Madison Pension Services. He also worked as a Benefits Consultant at Chernoff Diamond & Co., LLC. His responsibilities include the preparation of contribution reports, compliance tests, annual valuations and tax filing for various retirement plans.
Francis is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and achieved its credentialed designation of Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). He earned his B.A. degree in Economics at Stony Brook University.
Brianna is an Actuarial Consultant at ERP Retirement Services.
Brianna is a member of the firm's Defined Benefit team. She is responsible for managing the administrative services associated with the retirement plans sponsored by our clients. These services include calculating contributions, preparing annual valuation reports and completion of IRS Form 5500, Schedule SB, and PBGC filings.
Prior to joining ERP, Brianna was a student at Siena College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Actuarial Science with minors in Computer Science, Data Science, and Mathematics. Brianna also has published research of her mathematical model that forecasts on the transmission rate of an antimalarial drug in Malawi. She was also a data science intern with New York State ITS. Her responsibilities included coding programs to help New York State Department of Health collect and analyze data more efficiently.
Richard is a Benefits Consultant at ERP Retirement Services.
Richard is currently a member of the firm’s Defined Contribution – 401(k) Specialist team. Richard is responsible for managing the daily administrative services associated with the retirement plans that are sponsored by his clients. These services include discrimination testing, calculating contributions, preparation of annual valuation and completion of IRS Form 5500. Richard’s responsibilities also include the preparation of his clients’ plan documents and restatements, as well as the processing of participant distribution and loan requests.
Richard graduated from SUNY Farmingdale State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Shayne is a Benefits Consultant at ERP Retirement Services.
Shayne is currently a member of the firm’s Defined Contribution – 401(k) Specialist team. She is responsible for managing the daily administrative services associated with the retirement plans that are sponsored by her clients. These services include discrimination testing, calculating contributions, preparation of annual valuation and completion of IRS Form 5500. Shayne’s responsibilities also include the preparation of her clients’ plan documents and restatements, as well as the processing of participant distribution and loan requests.
Shayne graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and a Theater Arts minor. Shayne was also the Production Manager of the Student New Works Festival at Stony Brook, where she managed over 8 different student-run productions. She was president of The Hula Hoop Club where she increased its budget by 25% and she was also a Resident Assistant where she ran over 40 events and responded to the needs of 38 residents.
Rachel is a Loan and Distribution Specialist at ERP Retirement Services.
Currently, Rachel is a member of the firm's Defined Contribution Department. Rachel is responsible for processing incoming Loan and Distribution requests from our clients’ retirement plans.
Rachel graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
